Soulr is intended for people aged 18 and over. Members choose dating, friendship or both. Connections require mutual interest; messaging is restricted to participants. Public-audience posts are visible to eligible signed-in adult members, not anonymous web visitors. Do not upload unlawful, harassing, exploitative or impersonating content. Respect consent and other members' boundaries.

Members may block or report content. An authorized human moderator reviews reports and may suspend access. Soulr is not an emergency response service and does not promise that every profile or member's age/identity has been independently verified. Self-entered birthdays are self-attestation.

Appearance and shared glow are symbolic visual preferences. They do not determine love, compatibility, race, ethnicity, beliefs, emotional state or spiritual status. No medical or emergency verification is offered.

The optional Umbrella Hub lets adult members read operator-published product or service descriptions and send a consented enquiry. An enquiry is not an order, reservation, presale, payment, delivery promise or guarantee of availability. Internal review status does not mean the operator has replied. Any sale requires separately agreed and approved commercial terms and a working payment provider before a charge can occur.

No paid membership, checkout or financial contribution is offered in this initial account release. Any future commerce requires separately approved prices, provider, cancellation/refund terms and account setup. There is no charitable or tax-deductibility claim.

Accounts can be disabled in-app with session revocation and removal from discovery/social access. Complete identity/content erasure, moderation evidence retention, legal holds, appeals, deletion deadlines and support response commitments require an owner-approved operating policy before real-user launch.
